Springboard is a Technology company with a cloud based platform that enables a shift in recruiting, from the traditional transaction mentality, to developing meaningful connections, improving critical processes and streamlining workflows along the way.

Springboard was created by a team of HR Technology professionals who are passionate about recruiters and candidates. We partner with Agency Owners, Talent Acquisition Teams and Recruiters to fill underserved areas of the recruiting space, Building Trust and Engaging Candidates. We also focus on gathering information about your candidate beyond qualifications and experience, all which lead to faster, better fit placements.

Our goal is to provide solutions that help you scale your efforts without forcing you to change the way you work. We end the mind numbing workflow of starting each search from scratch and spending dollars & time sourcing the same people more than once.

Meet our founders

Bruce Myers served in executive leadership roles with Lowers Risk Group and Wholesale Screening Solutions, SkillSurvey, and TalentWise. His leadership has primarily focused on building and executing on revenue growth, retention, and expansion strategies.

Jacob Boland is a technology leader who specializes in building scalable SaaS products in the cloud. Before founding Springboard, he was the VP of Engineering at Valant Medical Solutions after serving as its Principal Architect. 

Prior to founding Springboard, Paul Cook served as CEO of Valant Medical Solutions (Gemspring exit) and CFO of TalentWise (Goldman exit). He started his career at EDS and built the technology investment practice at Munder Capital.
