• Program Auto Enrollment - Candidates can be automatically added into an existing program upon submission of application or webform.

• User Productivity and Activity Logs - 2 reports focusing on how Springboard users are utilizing the system. Available on each Team Members page.

• Expanded Filtering for Location - Recruiters can include candidate location when taking the following actions: Filter Candidates, Add Candidates to Job, Send Content, Enroll in Program, Email Candidates. 

• Bulk Email Capability - Recruiters can send personalized emails to candidates, clients, or team members from anywhere in the platform.

• Expansion of Job Board and Webform links- Specific Links are now supported to navigate directly to individual jobs.

• Expansion of Webform & Application success message configurability.
